WHO IS ACCESSORIES AND STYLE?

Accessoriesandstyle.com.au is the retail arm of Paragold Distributors P/L and Cutting Edge Corporation P/L.

Paragold is the largest accessories supplier in the Southern Hemisphere, supplying leather and non leather handbags and small goods, scarves, hats for men and women, gloves for men and women, outerwear and beachwear.

Paragold and Cutting Edge is an Australian company and own Cellini, Cellini Sport, Gregory Ladner, French Country, Yen Accessories, Cab 55 and Prairie

If you are purchasing an item from the Accessories and style site you are purchasing a genuine Cellini, Cellini Sport, Gregory Ladner, French Country, Yen Accessories, Cab 55 and Prairie products directly from us.

HOW DO I BECOME A STOCKIST?

If you would like to stock any of our brands, please contact our head office (sales@paragold.com.au) and we can either put you in touch with an agent in your area or we can assist over the phone with placing an order. 

I CANNOT CHANGE OR INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF AN ITEM I AM TRYING TO ORDER ONLINE

If you are unable to increase the quantity of a product when ordering online, it means we do not have the stock available to fulfil the order. Alternatively, you can call us on 02 8338 7200 to see if a stockist nearby has the remaining items in stock.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

It’s important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. All online orders will be processed within 24hrs of payment and dispatched on the next business day. All items are registered and shipped via Australian Post.

There are two postage options:

STANDARD POSTAGE – Flat Rate $10.00 AUD

Orders will arrive within 2-11 business days from time of posting depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE – Flat Rate $40.00 AUD

Orders will arrive within 7-10 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have ordered the wrong item, colour or style please contact us immediately and will be able to advise if the order can be modified.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you have placed an online order but not yet received an order confirmation email, please check your junk inbox or spam folder in your email.

It could be the case that your email address was entered incorrectly, or your payment has not processed, for assistance with an order please contact us on 02 8338 7200.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please contact us for tracking details on 02 8338 7200 Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT HAVE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I REFNUD?

If you have ordered the wrong item, colour or style you are welcome to exchange or return the item. More details are available on our Returns page.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item purchased online we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item purchased online we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. Please contact us so that we may assist you.

I HAVE RETURNED MY ITEM BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the returned items from you. Please allow 5-7 working business days for your refund to post to your account. If you still have not received your refund after this allotted time, please contact us on 02 8338 7200.

ARE CELLINI AND CELLINI SPORT BAGS COVERED BY WARRANTY?

We warrant our bags for up to 12 months from purchase date if it is a manufacturing fault so if your purchase was within this period please contact us on 02 8338 7200.  If deemed faulty and an invoice is produced, you are entitled to an exchange or in some cases, a refund.  Without proof of payment in the form of an invoice, we are not able to offer a credit note or refund.

I’M LOOKING FOR A PARTICULAR ITEM

To further assist you in this matter we require you to provide us with the official product name, the product style number, or a photo of the item. Please send at least one of the three required information through to our contact us at sales@paragold.com.au.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently deliver to Australia and a variety of different countries. Please contact us on +612 8338 7200 for further information or refer to our international shipping page. All international shipping incurs a flat rate charge $40.00AUD.

I’M HAVING A PROBLEM LOGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT

If you are new to this site, you will need to create an online account. If you have shopped online with us before but still cannot access your account, please contact us on 02 8338 7200.

HOW DOES AFTERPAY WORK?

Afterpay offers instalment plans for online shoppers.

YOU SIMPLY NEED

  • A Visa or MasterCard credit card or debit card.
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • To be living in Australia

HOW TO AFTERPAY ONLINE

  • Add your items to your shopping bag, and checkout as normal. Valid for amounts up to $1,000.
  • On the checkout page select Afterpay as your payment method.
  • Enter your details with Afterpay and you’re done.

HOW TO AFTERPAY IN-STORE

  • Download the afterpay app.
  • Choose your items in-store.
  • Get your barcode in the app to scan at the register.
  • Checkout using afterpay and take home your items.

The funds for the first payment will need to be available on the card at the time of checkout. If you are a new Afterpay customer the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over the next 6 weeks.  Once you have fully paid of your first order after 6 weeks, and for all future orders under $500 your first payment is charged 2 weeks after purchase with your final payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase.

If you wish to return your goods you can choose to receive an exchange, or the Afterpay payment plan can be cancelled.

*If you fail to make payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.

There is no waiting and we’ll ship out your order immediately as normal.

What happens if I purchased an item online with Afterpay?

  1. Follow the Online Returns process.
  2. We will notify Afterpay of your return and your Afterpay payment plan will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that the refund amounts are taken off the last payment(s) first. If at least one payment has been made in relation to the purchase, and the refunded amount is greater than the amount outstanding, the difference between these amounts will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order.
  3. The bank may take 5-7 days to refund the money to your card.
